摘要:为了解决运河开挖产生大量土石方在运河沿线就近堆存处置与再利用的工程问题,本文以在建的平陆运河工程为例,针对土石方堆存工程选址、设计、施工、封场验收、再利用等主要环节,介绍了现代化、系统化和绿色化建设思路及已成功应用的若干关键技术。在选址环节,基于遥感影像解译和无人机航拍技术,建立了堆存场场址适宜性评价方法。在设计环节,强调了充分利用开挖土石方建设堆存场拦挡结构,既保障了土石方的堆存安全,又实现了土石方绿色利用。在堆填施工过程中,利用堆填料时空变异性航测与原位测试技术,获取堆存场填料精细化分布与物理力学参数,为堆存场工程安全评估和验收奠定基础。针对高度超过20 m的高填方堆存场,提出了兼有防渗、保水和托肥功能的旱地垦造结构,实现了高填方堆存场地的安全绿色再利用。本文还推荐了2种适宜性工程技术,包括土石方快速检测与分类技术、堆存场生态护坡技术。

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to solve the engineering problem that a large amount of soil and rock will be landfilled nearby along the canal for disposal and reuse. This study utilizes the ongoing Pinglu Canal project as a case study to propose several essential technologies applicable to different phases of soil and rock landfilling. These phases, design, construction, acceptance, and subsequent reuse. The proposed methods include establishing a suitability evaluation method for site selection based on remote sensing interpretation and UAV aerial photography. In the design stage, the focus is on making full use of the excavated soil and rock to construct retaining structures and ecological soil covers, ensuring both landfilling safety and environmentally friendly utilization. During the filling process, aerial surveys and in-situ testing techniques are employed to capture the temporal and spatial variation of the fill materials and obtain detailed physical and mechanical parameters for safety assessment of the containment project. For the high landfills exceeding 20 meters, a multifunctional land reclamation structure with anti-seepage, water retention, and fertility retaining functions is proposed, enabling safe and sustainable reuse of the land. The paper also recommends two kinds of suitability engineering technology, including rapid detection and classification of earth and rock by using image-based deep learning and modern sensing technologies, and ecological slope protection technology using flexible geosynthetic materials.
