淮阴二号船闸“破茧重生”，中建筑港铸就黄金水道新标杆
The Huaiyin No. 2 Ship Lock “breaks through its cocoon and is reborn”, with CCCC Harbour Engineering Company Setting a New Benchmark for the Golden Waterway
在苏北运河这条串联江淮、贯通南北的黄金水道上，淮阴二号船闸经过升级改造后，成为江苏省首个闸室宽度达34米的船闸，通航能力与安全性实现“双提升”。
On the golden waterway of the Northern Jiangsu Canal, which connects the Yangtze and Huaihe rivers and runs through the north and south, the upgraded Huaiyin No. 2 Ship Lock has become the first ship lock in Jiangsu Province with a lock chamber width of 34 meters, achieving a “dual improvement” in both navigational capacity and safety.
淮阴二号船闸自1987年投入使用后，历经三十余载风雨，闸室底板出现管涌现象，安全隐患凸显。中建筑港对其展开全方位改建升级，施工过程中实现六项技术突破，如采用高压旋喷桩加固地层、创新底部复喷工艺截渗等，累计节约工期128天，并拿下2项国家实用新型专利授权。
Since its commissioning in 1987, the Huaiyin No. 2 Ship Lock has endured over three decades of wear and tear, with piping phenomena emerging on the lock chamber floor, posing significant safety risks. CCCC Harbour Engineering Company undertook a comprehensive reconstruction and upgrade of the lock, achieving six technological breakthroughs during construction, such as employing high-pressure jet grouting piles to reinforce the stratum and innovating a bottom re-spraying technique for seepage interception. These efforts resulted in a cumulative time savings of 128 days and secured authorization for two national utility model patents.
改造后的船闸通过“一次申报、全程通行”的智能服务，让船舶“随到随过”，通行效率大幅提升。如今，“北煤南运”“西矿东输”的货流在这里畅行无阻，淮阴船闸已然成为长三角物资流通的“绿色大动脉”，为区域一体化发展注入源源不断的动能。
After the renovation, the ship lock’s intelligent service system, featuring “one-time declaration for full-passage access,” enables vessels to pass through promptly upon arrival, significantly enhancing traffic efficiency. Nowadays, cargo flows such as “north-to-south coal transportation” and “west-to-east mineral delivery” move unimpeded here, with the Huaiyin Ship Lock having become a “green artery” for material circulation in the Yangtze River Delta, continuously injecting momentum into regional integrated development.
