摘要:平陆运河是有机衔接“一带一路”服务构建新发展格局的战略工程,是西部陆海新通道的骨干工程,对推动广西及我国西南地区的发展具有战略意义。这篇文章主要探讨了基于空间信息技术的平陆运河智慧征搬管理系统的设计与应用,重点研究如何基于北斗卫星导航系统、地理信息系统和遥感等空间信息技术,深度融合平陆运河移民生产、生活及运河区域的建设与发展需求,设计平陆运河智慧征搬管理系统,创新征搬工作管理模式,实现“查得快、算得准、能核查、可监督”的征搬工作目标,助推平陆运河工程廉洁高效建设。

Abstract: The Pinglu Canal represents a strategic initiative that effectively integrates with the "Belt and Road" framework, contributing to the establishment of a new development paradigm. As a cornerstone project of the Western Land-Sea New Corridor, it plays a pivotal role in driving the economic growth of Guangxi and other southwestern parts of China. This article focuses on the design and application of an intelligent land acquisition and relocation management system for the Pinglu Canal, leveraging spatial information technologies. By utilizing systems such as the Beidou Navigation Satellite System, Geographic Information Systems, and remote sensing, the aim is to seamlessly integrate the demands of migrant production, daily life and the region's infrastructure development. The ultimate goal is to create an innovative relocation management model that meets key objectives: “swift verification, precise calculations, transparency, and accountability.” These advancements will make the Pinglu Canal project achieve integrity and efficient construction.
