我国主持制定的国际铁路联盟标准《高速铁路设计 基础设施》正式发布实施

The UIC Standard Design of High-Speed Railway-Infrastructure, Led and Formulated by China, has been Officially Released and Implemented

近日,国际铁路联盟(UIC)发布实施由我国主持制定的UIC标准《高速铁路设计 基础设施》,该标准是高速铁路基础设施设计领域的首部国际铁路标准。

Recently, the International Union of Railways (UIC) has unveiled the Design of High-Speed Railway-Infrastructure, a UIC standard led and formulated by China, marking a pioneering stride in the sphere of high-speed railway infrastructure design on a global scale.

该标准引入代表中国高速铁路顶层设计理念的总体设计相关内容,吸纳中国高速铁路列车荷载图式、路基填料分类标准及压实指标、桥梁梁部及墩台设计指标、隧道围岩分类标准等核心技术,吸收中国高速铁路设计超高、最小曲线半径、线间距等关键标准,推介中国CRTSIII型板式无砟轨道和动车组四级修程等优势技术,并首次纳入地理信息系统(GIS)和建筑信息模型(BIM)等信息化手段,最终确立了UIC高速铁路总体设计、线路、路基、桥梁、隧道、轨道、车站、动车组运用检修设施、维修设施、综合防护、环境保护等领域的设计理念、关键参数和技术要求,为世界高速铁路建设运营贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。

This seminal standard introduces the overall design related content that represents the top-level design concept of China’s high-speed railway and integrates a suite of core technologies that reflect the nation’s trailblazing advancements. From tailored train load diagram to meticulous classification standard and compaction index of roadbed filling materials, from rigorous bridge and pier design criteria to the nuanced tunnel surrounding rock classification standard, the standard is a compendium of China’s engineering acumen. Moreover, the standard codifies pivotal design benchmarks such as superelevation, minimal curve radii, and track spacing, and showcases China’s proprietary CRTSIII type slab unballasted track system alongside the sophisticated four-tier maintenance regimen for Electric Multiple Units (EMUs). A first in the field, it weaves cutting-edge information technologies like Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) into the fabric of railway design. The standard ultimately establishes the UIC’s overarching design principles, key parameters, and technical requirements for high-speed railways, encompassing general design, line, subgrade, bridges, tunnels, tracks, stations, maintenance facilities for EMUs (Electric Multiple Units), repair facilities, comprehensive protection, and environmental conservation. This UIC standard is more than a set of guidelines; it’s a testament to China’s intellectual leadership and a generous contribution to the tapestry of high-speed railway innovation worldwide.
