摘要:日本被称为“轨道上的国家”,其站点区域交通空间三维立体组合方式构建的高效接驳系统极大地促进了站点区域的高度集聚发展。为了厘清站点区域交通空间的立体化设计方法及接驳方式,通过文献调查、归纳推理、空间分析的方法,研究日本站点区域三维空间类型及高效接驳方式。研究表明日本轨道站点交通空间的类型包括轨道交通、机动交通、步行交通与静态交通4种,接驳形式包括轨道站点交通空间多样性立体基面、网络化空间形态以及有序性空间衔接模式。研究提出了双层、多层交通基面及其网络拓扑结构,以及提出建筑内外部无缝衔接模式、高架+地下的立体交通网络,并提出了步行体系提升站域可达性的设计方法,以及静态停车提升站域土地利用效率并促进有机换乘的设计方法。


Abstract: Japan is known as a “country on rails.” And its efficient connection system built in a three-dimensional combination of transportation space in the station area has greatly contributed to the development of a high degree of agglomeration in the station area. In order to clarify the three-dimensional design and connection methods, this essay studies the types and methods of the three-dimensional design through literature survey, inductive reasoning, and spatial analysis. According to the study, there are four types of transportation space at rail stations in Japan——rail transportation, motorized transportation, pedestrian transportation and static transportation, and three forms of connection——the diversity of three-dimensional bases of transportation space at rail stations, networked spatial patterns, and orderly spatial articulation patterns. This essay proposes the double-layer and multi-layer transportation base surface and network design, the seamless connection mode of the interior and exterior of the building and the three-dimensional transportation network with elevated and underground transport combined. Besides, the pedestrian system is designed to improve the station accessibility, and static parking is proposed to improve the land use efficiency of the station area and promote transfer.
