阿根廷当地时间4月23日，中车青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司与阿根廷交通部在布宜诺斯艾利斯签署了罗卡线200辆城际动车组及配件供货合同，总金额2.78亿美金。这是中车四方在阿根廷赢得的第三批城际动车组出口订单。
On April 23, Argentina local time, CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., LTD. (CRRC Sifang) signed with the Ministry of Communications of Argentina a supply contract for 200 intercity EMUs and fittings for Roca line in Buenos Aires, with a total amount of 278 million US dollars. That was the third batch of export order for intercity EMUs won by CRRC Sifang in Argentina.
据了解，2013年，为了对布宜诺斯艾利斯城铁网线进行现代化更新改造，阿根廷交通部先后两次向中车四方股份公司采购总计709辆城际动车组，用以更换萨缅托、米特雷和罗卡三大城铁线路上的老旧车辆，是我国出口量最大的城际动车组订单。目前全部车辆都已投入运营，其中300辆用于罗卡线。此次签订的200辆城际动车组订单，属于罗卡线的增购项目，也是布宜诺斯艾利斯地区综合客运铁路运输计划的一部分。本次增购后，罗卡线将完成所有老旧车辆的更换。

据介绍，目前，罗卡线在线运营的城际动车组采用3辆和4辆编组，增购车辆投入使用后，将与前期提供的300辆进行混编，罗卡线城际动车组将扩编为8辆编组。增购扩编后，罗卡线的客运容量将提高20%，有效满足该线路的客运需求。按照计划，增购车辆将在2019年年中开始交付。
According to reports, at present, the intercity EMUs operated on Roca line employ three and four marshalling units. After being put into operation, the additionally procured vehicles will be mixed with the 300 vehicles provided over the previous period. With additional procurement and expansion, the Roca line passenger capacity will increase by 20%, and the passenger demand of this line will be sufficiently met. In accordance with the plan, the additional procured vehicles will be delivered successively from mid-2019.
