追清逐绿，古老运河全景式“焕新”
Pursuing Clarity and Green: A Panoramic "Renewal" of the Ancient Canal
近年来，宿迁全面融入大运河文化带建设，促进生态环境高水平保护与区域经济高质量发展，这是新时代京杭大运河的“焕新”典型之一。
In recent years, Suqian, a city of Jiangsu province, has fully implemented the construction of the Grand Canal cultural belt, promoting high-level protection of ecological environment and high-quality development of regional economy, which is one of the typical examples of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the new era.
宿迁结合“无废运河”打造，多次开展环境风险隐患排查和整治专项行动，从源头上减少污染物排放，全力守护运河碧水清流。此外，宿迁强化空间管控，严守京杭大运河沿线生态保护空间；同时，健全常态化管护机制，对重点污染问题进行“回头看”，督促开展岸线保洁、渔网清理、水草打捞等。宿迁持续完善港口码头船舶固体废物接收、转运及处置设施。基于充分保护，宿迁将境内京杭大运河作为高质量发展的重要优势和稀有资源，坚持因地制宜、分类施策，培育壮大旅游等富民产业，拓展“绿水青山”向“金山银山”转换通道。
Suqian has combined the construction of a “Zero-Waste Canal” by conducting multiple environmental risk inspections and special rectification actions to reduce pollutant emissions at the source and fully safeguard the clear waters of the canal. In addition, Suqian has strengthened spatial control and strictly guarded the ecological protection space along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. At the same time, it has improved the routine maintenance mechanism, conducting inspections on key pollution issues, and supervising the implementation of shoreline cleaning, fishing net removal, and waterweed salvage and so on. Suqian continues to improve the reception, transfer, and disposal facilities for solid waste from ports, wharfs, and vessels. Based on comprehensive protection, Suqian regards the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal within its territory as an important advantage and rare resource for high-quality development, insisting on acting according to local conditions and adopting differentiated strategies to cultivate and expand industries that will enrich the people, such as tourism, and to expand the channel for converting “lucid waters and lush mountains” into “invaluable assets”.
