论运河在茶叶传播运销过程中的历史地位

On the Historical Status of Canals in the Process of Tea Transportation and Sales

摘要:茶叶传播运销路线是历史上茶叶在产销过程中形成的相对固定的路线。长期以来,学者们主要将注意力放在西北丝绸之路、北方茶叶之路、西南茶马古道、东南海上茶路等不同茶路的研究上,忽视了对茶路的整体研究,更忽视了对运河茶路的研究。为弥补此一缺陷,有必要加强饮茶之风北渐与运河茶路内在关系的研究。研究表明,自唐代起,茶叶生产、茶叶消费、交通条件等三大因素奠定了运河茶路的特突地位,决定了运河在茶叶传播、运输、销售过程中的重要作用,并对区域内运输行业的繁荣、交通枢纽的强化、经济社会的促进产生了积极影响。关键词:运河;茶叶;传播;运销;评价


Abstract: The transportation and sales route of tea is a relatively fixed route formed in the production and sales process of tea in history. For a long time, scholars have mainly focused on the study of different tea routes such as the Northwest Silk Road, the Northern Tea Route, the Southwest Tea Horse Road, and the Southeastern Maritime Tea Route, neglecting the whole study of tea routes and the study of Canal Tea Road. To make up for this deficiency, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the inner link between the trend of tea-drinking custom to the north and the Canal Tea Road. Studies have shown that since the Tang Dynasty, the three major factors of tea production, tea consumption, and transportation conditions have established the unique position of the Canal Tea Road. They have determined the important role of the canal in the process of tea dissemination, transportation and sales, and have had a positive impact on the prosperity of the transportation industry within the region, the strengthening of transportation hubs and the promotion of the economy and society.
