智能高铁标准体系框架设计与实践

摘要：为满足新时代我国高铁高质量发展需求,高铁工程亟需全面推行标准化、信息化、数字化、智能化为一体的高标准建设。然而,缺乏一套智能高铁标准体系,面向智能高铁建设进行标准化提升与综合效能的系统性优化。为此,本文结合铁路建设标准化体系的研究现状以及智能高铁的发展趋势,参考智能制造标准体系框架,构建我国智能高铁标准体系的结构框架,包含基础共性标准,关键技术标准以及业务流程标准三方面的具体内容。并从智能建造的角度出发依托京张高铁建设过程,对标准在高铁建设中的实践发展进行了深入讨论。研究结果为智能高铁标准规范体系的建立提供一定的理论参考和实践借鉴,以支撑新时代铁路高质量发展。

Abstract: In order to meet the high-quality development needs of China’s high-speed railway in the new era, the high-speed railway project is in urgent need of high-standard construction integrating standardization, informatization, digitalization and intelligence. However, there is a lack of a standard system for intelligent high-speed railway, which is oriented to the standardization improvement and systematic optimization of comprehensive efficiency for the construction of intelligent high-speed railway. Therefore, this article combines the research status of the standardization system of railway construction and the development trend of intelligent high-speed railway, and refers to the framework of the intelligent manufacturing standard system to construct the structural framework of China’s intelligent high-speed railway standard system, including basic common standards, key technical standards and business process standards. In addition, from the perspective of intelligent construction, relying on the construction process of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway, this paper also deeply discusses the practical development of standards in the construction of high-speed railway. The research results provide a certain theoretical reference and practical reference for the establishment of the standard system of intelligent high-speed railway, so as to support the high-quality development of railways in the new era.
