交通信息化对中国“一带一路”沿线省域交通碳排放影响的时空分异格局

Spatial and Temporal Differentiation Patterns of Impact of Transport Informationization on Carbon Emissions in Provinces along the Belt and Road in China

摘要:选取中国“一带一路”沿线17个省(自治区、直辖市)行政单位作为基本空间单元,首先建立20122022年“一带一路”交通信息化评价指标体系,其次采用双变量空间相关性分析交通信息化与交通碳排放之间的相关关系,最后使用地理探测器来研究交通信息化对交通碳排放影响的时空异质性。结果表明,①“一带一路”沿线省域的交通信息化发展水平不一,对外窗口区和开放先行区的交通信息化发展较为成熟,丝路核心区和战略支点区的交通信息化发展相对较落后。②交通信息化与交通碳排放之间正相关的空间关联度在整体上逐年减小,高-高集聚主要分布在开放先行区,低-低集聚主要分布在丝路核心区,高-低集聚主要分布在对外窗口区和战略支点区,且分布在高-低集聚的省域逐年增多。③交通信息化系统应用是影响“一带一路”沿线省域整体交通碳排放空间分异格局的主导驱动因子,不同省域间影响交通碳排放空间分异的驱动因子存在差异,且驱动因子之间的交互主要呈现双因子增强和非线性增强,说明驱动因素之间存在较强的协同性。本研究对于中国“一带一路”沿线各省域的绿色交通建设和交通信息化发展具有很好的参考价值。

Abstract: The administrative units of 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) along the Belt and Road in China are selected as basic spatial units. First, the evaluation index system of the Belt and Road transport informationization from 2012 to 2022 is established. Secondly, the correlation between transport informationization and transportation carbon emissions is analyzed by bivariate spatial correlation. Finally, Spatial and Temporal Heterogeneity of transport informationization on transportation carbon emissions is studied by using geographic detectors. The results show that: The provinces along the Belt and Road have varying levels of transport informationization development, the open leading area, and the external window area have relatively advanced transport informationization development, while the core and strategic fulcrum areas of the Silk Road have relatively lagging transport informationization development. The degree of positive spatial association between transport informationization and transportation carbon emissions declines annually. The high-low agglomeration is primarily distributed in the external window area and strategic fulcrum area, while the low-low agglomeration is primarily distributed in the core area of the Silk Road. The distribution of high-low agglomeration provinces is increasing annually. The main factor influencing the overall transportation carbon emissions along the Belt and Road’s spatial differentiation pattern is the transport informationization application system. Different driving factors influence the spatial differentiation of transportation carbon emissions in different provinces. Two-factor enhancement and nonlinear enhancement are the main ways that driving factors interact, suggesting that there is significant synergy between them. For the growth of green transportation construction and transport informationization in China’s provinces along the Belt and Road, this study offers a good reference value.
