7月24日22时，随着首趟载有840名乌鲁木齐至喀什旅客列车的开行，将喀什纳入以为乌鲁木齐为中心的十二小时铁路交通圈，有效拉近了喀什与首府间的时空距离，为推进新疆由旅游资源大区向旅游经济强区转变注入新动力。

At 22:00 on July 24, with the operation of the first passenger train carrying 840 passengers from Urumqi to Kashgar, Kashgar was included in the 12-hour railway traffic circle with Urumqi as the center. It has effectively shortened the temporal and spatial distance between Kashgar and the capital, and also injected new impetus into the transformation of Xinjiang from a large tourist resource region to a strong tourist economy area.

“喀什号”直达特快旅客列车是目前疆内唯一开行的直达特快旅客列车。列车优化运行线路，实行乌鲁木齐至喀什“点对点”开行，中途不停站，每日开行1对，旅时11小时30分。

As the only direct express passenger train operating in Xinjiang at present, the “Kashgar” optimizes the operation route and implements the “point-to-point” operation from Urumqi to Kashgar, with non-stop on the way, one pair of trains per day, 11 hours and 30 minutes travel time.

“新疆铁路部门倾力打造‘喀什号’直达特快旅客列车品牌，构建‘快进慢游’全域旅游交通体系，为新疆旅游经济发展当好先行。”中国铁路乌鲁木齐局集团有限公司客运部副主任宋强说。

“Xinjiang Railway Department has made every effort to create the ‘Kashgar’ direct express passenger train brand and build a ‘Fast Pass, Slow Travel’ tourism transportation system across Xinjiang, to be a good pioneer for the development of Xinjiang’s tourism economy.” said Song Qiang, deputy director of the passenger transportation department of China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd.

据了解，“喀什号”每节车厢一个主题，涵盖歌舞、干果、风景等内容，充分展现新疆地方特色。通过打造别具一格的特色车厢，为旅客提供更好的视觉感官和文化熏陶。

It is said that each carriage of the “Kashgar” train has a theme, covering songs and dances, dried fruits, scenery, and other content, which fully shows the local characteristics of Xinjiang. The unique and characteristic carriages have provided passengers with better visual senses and cultural influence.

此次“喀什号”列车精挑细选出55名形象好、气质佳、业务强的乘务工作人员组成值乘队伍，结合列车夕发朝至、一站直达的特点，以满足旅途休息舒适度为目标，完善个性化服务培训内容，从服务用语、仪容仪表、应急演练、情景培训等方面进行专业的培训，开展“有需求、有服务；无需求、无干扰”特色服务。

Hand-picked 55 crew members with good image and temperament, and strong business ability to form a duty team, combined with the characteristics of the train arriving at night and one-stop direct, the “Kashgar” train has improved the content of personalized service training in terms of service terms, grooming, emergency drills, situational training, etc., and offered services featuring “There is demand, there is service; No demand, no interference” to meet the goal of comfort during the journey.

新疆铁路旅游发展集团有限公司副总经理黄庭奋说，新疆铁路部门结合地方特色特产、旅游资源、文创周边进一步丰富列车品牌创建内容，把列车打造成为展示喀什风光和人文风情的流动展馆，培育文旅融合发展新业态，让游客开启体验诗和远方的丝路文化之旅。

Huang Tingfen, deputy general manager of Xinjiang Railway Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., said that the Xinjiang railway department will further enrich the content of train brand creation by combining local specialties, tourism resources, and cultural and creative surroundings, and build the train into a mobile exhibition hall that displays the scenery and cultural customs of Kashgar. It will also develop new forms of business with the integration of culture and tourism, thus allowing tourists to embark on a journey of experiencing poetry and distant Silk Road culture.

据了解，6月以来，新疆铁路部门已开行新东方快车、南北疆环游、畅览南疆等旅游专列14列，线路覆盖南北疆主要景点，尤其是环游南北疆、行程在10天以上的旅游专列深受游客欢迎。新疆铁路抓住新疆旅游黄金季节，进一步加大旅游专列开行力度，暑期计划开行旅游专列40列。

Since June, the Xinjiang railway department has launched 14 special tourist trains such as the New Oriental Express, the circumnavigation of northern and southern Xinjiang, and the tour of southern Xinjiang, with routes covering the main scenic spots in the northern and southern Xinjiang, especially dedicated tourist trains that travel around the northern and southern Xinjiang with a journey of more than 10 days, which are very popular with tourists. The Xinjiang railway authorities seize the golden season of tourism in Xinjiang to further increase the number of dedicated tourist trains and plan to run 40 special tourist trains in the summer.
