地处沂蒙山区的山东省临沂市，过去由于“四塞之固、舟车不通、内货不出、外货不入”，导致产业基础薄弱，经济发展落后。上世纪90年代初，临沂市是全国18个连片贫困地区之一。这些年来，随着交通基础设施逐步改善，临沂利用区位优势，大力发展以物流业为龙头的现代产业，带动革命老区走上了高质量发展道路。

Past years had witnessed the weak industrial foundations and the backward economic development in Linyi City, Shandong Province, which is located in the Yimeng Mountains. Such predicaments were ascribed to the rough terrain, resulting in the poor transportation and few trade exchanges between inside and outside. In the early 1990s, Linyi City was one of the 18 contiguous poverty-stricken areas in China. Luckily, the old revolutionary base areas in Linyi City embark on a high-quality development path with the advantage of its location. In that case, a modern industry with logistics as its leading role has been greatly developed in Linyi as the transportation infrastructure has improved step by step.

2019年，临沂市入选首批国家物流枢纽建设城市名单。以信息技术与传统物流全场景融合应用为重点，兰山区加快对传统物流企业的数字化、智能化改造。“我们研发的八大系统、六大赋能平台，可实现全网集货、共享分拨、一站分流、全程可视、一站查询，解决传统物流存在的痛点、难点问题，有效提高货物流通效率，降低运营成本。”山东顺和集团党委书记、董事长赵玉玺说。

In 2019, Linyi City was selected as the first batch of national logistics hub construction cities. Focusing on the integrated application of information technology and traditional logistics in all scenarios, Lanshan District accelerates the digitization and intelligent transformation of traditional logistics enterprises. "The eight systems and six platforms developed by us enable a series of services such as network-wide cargo collection, shared distribution, one-stop distribution, full visibility, and one-stop inquiry. Thus we can solve the pain points and difficulties in traditional logistics, and effectively improve the flow of goods efficiency and reduce operating costs." Zhao Yuxi, Party Secretary and Chairman of Shandong Shunhe Group, said.

2021年，临沂市欧亚班列实现到发203列，同比增长82.9%，成为山东省欧亚班列3个集结中心之一；实现快递业务量13.26亿件，居山东省第一位。发展新能源货车1200余台，开通了省内首条(临沂—青岛)氢能干线。

“今天的订单共有3800多单，交易额突破1200万元。”5月12日，临沂新明辉智慧商贸产业园总经理李辉备感兴奋。2010年，这家公司还仅仅是临沂商城里的一家10多平方米的小门店。10多年来，已发展成一家整合全球品牌，拥有工业安全行业第一垂直电商平台的数字化供应链企业，跃升为国内最大的工业安全产品综合供应商，是许多世界500强企业的合作伙伴。

"We got an order totaling more than 3,800 together with the transaction volume exceeding 12 million yuan." said Li Hui, the general manager of Linyi Xinminghui Smart Commerce and Trade Industrial Park, who was excited about such achievements. In 2010, the company was just a small store of more than 10 square meters in Linyi Mall. Over the past 10 years, it has developed into an integrated global brand and has become the partner of many Fortune 500 companies. As a digital supply chain enterprise that boasts the first vertical e-commerce platform in the industrial safety industry, it becomes the largest integrated supplier of industrial safety products in China.

物流“蝶变”支撑传统市场向数字化、国际化、绿色化转型，形成了沂蒙老区现代产业链供应链的聚合新优势。临沂跨境电商直播小镇汇集来自80余个国家和地区的上万种进口商品，拥有18家跨境电商、46家直播电商，服务国内外180多个一线品牌，是山东省最大的进口商品一站式集散中心。小镇内的海德跨境电商孵化基地已成功孵化300多家临沂本地跨境电商，通过国际电商平台把本地商品销往欧、美等国家，并提供跨境供应链、海外仓储、国际物流、海外知识产权等一条龙服务。 (经济日报记者 王金虎)

The Hyde cross-border e-commerce incubation base in the town has successfully incubated more than 300 local cross-border e-commerce companies in Linyi. Local products are sold to Europe, the United States and other countries through international e-commerce platforms. Also, the base provides one-stop services such as cross-border supply chains, overseas warehousing, international logistics, overseas intellectual property rights and so on.
