新组建的国铁吉讯科技有限公司今天（5日）在北京正式揭牌成立，这标志着铁路动车组Wi-Fi平台建设经营取得重要进展。

Today the China Railay Gecent Technology Co., Ltd. was officially unveiled in Beijing, -which marked the significant progress in construction and operation of the EMU Wi-Fi platform.

揭牌仪式上，中国铁路总公司党组书记、总经理陆东福，吉利控股集团有限公司董事长李书福，腾讯公司董事会主席兼首席执行官马化腾共同为国铁吉讯科技有限公司揭牌。

At the opening ceremony, Lu Dongfu, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Railway Corporation, Li Shufu, Chairman of Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Ma Huateng, Chairman and CEO of Tencent, jointly unveiled the China Railway Gecent Technology Co., Ltd.

国铁吉讯科技有限公司由中国铁路投资有限公司与吉利控股、腾讯携手共同组建，吉利控股、腾讯占股49%。公司负责动车组Wi-Fi平台建设和经营，将向旅客提供站车一体化、线上线下协同的出行服务，包括Wi-Fi服务、休闲文化娱乐、新闻资讯、在线点餐、特色电商、联程出行、智慧零售等。

China Railway Gecent Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly established by China Railway Investment Co., Ltd. and Geely Holding Group Co Ltd and Tencent. Geely Holding Group Co Ltd and Tencent account for 49% of stock. The company is responsible for the construction and operation of EMU Wi-Fi platform, and will provide passengers with integrated parking, online and offline coordinated travel services, including Wi-Fi services, pleasure and entertainment, news information, online ordering, featured e-commerce, Linkage travel, smart retail, etc.
