京杭大运河贯穿南北，行走其中的艘艘货船由星点转成庞然大物，穿梭交织间谱成一曲流动的歌。在这片繁忙的水域上，有一位身着“交通蓝”的守护者，他就是枣庄市交通运输综合执法支队四大队的孙守都。30多年来，他与运河为伴，以船只为友，用铁腕执法守护着水道的安全，用温情服务温暖着船民的心，成为了京杭大运河上一道亮丽的风景线。孙守都深知“水上航行，安全第一”，始终将保障水上交通运输安全放在首位，秉持 “执法为民、安全至上” 的理念，严格查处各类水上交通违法行为。在执法过程中，他始终坚持管理与服务并重，积极为船民排忧解难。此外，孙守都积极参加支队的业务培训，学习最新法律法规，分析典型案例。

The Grand Canal, a vital artery connecting China’s north and south, bustles with cargo ships that weave through its waters. Amid this lively scene stands a guardian in blue—Sun Shoudou, a member of the Zaozhuang Transportation Comprehensive Law Enforcement Team. For over 30 years, Sun has been a steadfast companion to the canal and its mariners. Balancing strict enforcement with warm service, he ensures the waterway’s safety while offering a hand to those in need. His dedication has made him a familiar and trusted figure along the canal. Sun Shoudou has always prioritized waterway transport safety, guided by the principle of serving the people through law enforcement, safety above all.
