苏北运河航道维护性疏浚技术探析与管理

摘要:航道维护性疏浚是维护航道现有技术等级的重要手段,京杭运河苏北段全线二级航道,船舶密度大,水工构筑物多,沿岸城镇集中,而且苏北运河作为南水北调东线大通道,涉水施工环保要求高,对航道日常维护性疏浚技术要求高。定位桩挖泥船具有占航区域小、施工灵活、弃土便捷、对水工结构影响小,对保留土层无干扰、无回流污水的优势,在苏北运河航道维护性疏浚中使用较为普遍,本文位以定位桩液压挖泥船在苏北运河航道疏浚中应用实例,介绍定位桩挖泥船在航道维护性疏浚中的技术要点和管理措施,对于类似航道疏浚具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract: Maintenance dredging serves as a crucial method for preserving the current technical standard of the channels. The northern Jiangsu section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal operates as a full-length Class 2 waterway, characterized by high vessel density, numerous hydraulic structures, and concentrated riverside urban areas. Additionally, as a major channel for the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, this section demands strict environmental protections for water-related construction and advanced technical requirements for routine maintenance dredging. Spud dredgers are widely employed in the Northern Jiangsu Section of the Grand Canal, offering distinct advantages, such as minimal navigation space accupation, operational flexibility, efficient sediment disposal, negligible impact on hydraulic structures, non-disturbance to reserved soil layers and zero backflow sewage contamination. This paper analyzes the application of spud hydraulic dredgers in the North Jiangsu Section of the Grand Canal, focusing on the technical points and management measures for maintenance dredging. It is found that the study has certain reference for similar channel dredging projects.
