Construction Control Techniques for Continuous Steel Truss Bridge

摘要:国内某跨河大桥采用连续钢桁梁建造工艺,其建造流程包括钢梁放样、杆件组装、杆件矫正、消除焊接残余应力、钢梁吊运与合龙等。研究过程分析了钢桁梁的施工控制技术要点,涵盖临时墩载荷与受力计算、钢桁梁安装线形控制、钢桁梁合龙控制。在受力计算阶段,着重讨论了钢管柱的强度、分配梁的强度和刚度。在线形控制阶段,阐述了起顶控制、横向及纵向位移控制、安装顺序和架设速度控制的实施要点。在合龙阶段,组装的先后顺序为下弦、上弦、斜杆以及板面。

Abstract: Techniques to build continuous steel truss bridge are adopted in a domestic construction of a river-crossing bridge, which includes setting out the steel truss, assembling members, correcting members, eliminating welding residual stress, steel girders lifting and closing and so on. This research analyzes the key points of construction control technology for steel truss beams, including calculation on the load and force of temporary pier, linear control of steel truss beam installation, and closure control of steel truss beams. The force calculation mainly focuses on the rigidity of steel pipe columns, and the rigidity and stiffness of distribution beams. And the linear control clarifies the key points of lifting control, control of horizontal and vertical displacement, installation sequence and erection speed control. For the closure, the assembly should be started from the bottom chord, followed by the top chord, diagonal rod and board surface.
