云南打造车路协同自动驾驶产业集聚区

日前，云南省交通运输厅联合省工业和信息化厅等四部门印发《关于“十四五”推进云南省车路协同自动驾驶试点示范建设的指导意见》（简称《指导意见》），提出在宁香高速公路、澄华高速公路、昆明长水国际机场高速公路、大理洱海生态廊道、云南交通运输职业学院园区道路5个路段建设第一批车路协同自动驾驶示范试点，力争到2025年建成国家级车路协同自动驾驶产业集聚区。
Recently, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Transportation and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Guiding Opinions on the ‘ Fourteenth Five-Year Plan’ to promote the pilot demonstration construction of vehicle-road cooperative autonomous driving in Yunnan Province”( hereinafter referred to as the “Guiding Opinions”), and proposed the construction of the first batch of vehicle-road cooperative autonomous driving demonstration pilot projects in five sections of Ningxiang Expressway, Chenghua Expressway, Kunming Changshui International Airport Expressway, Dali Erhai Ecological Corridor and Yunnan Transportation Vocational College Park Road, striving to build a national vehicle-road cooperative autonomous driving industry agglomeration area by 2025.
《指导意见》提出，将车路协同纳入云南省智慧高速公路及智慧城市建设工程，通过车路协同自动驾驶试点示范，丰富应用场景，形成汽车、电子、信息通信和道路交通运输等深度融合的产业形态，建立完善标准体系，探索一套可持续、可推广、可复制的“云南方案”，到2025年云南车路协同交通综合信息平台建设取得重大进展，初步形成以自动驾驶示范为引领的交通新经济业态。
The “Guiding Opinions” proposed that the vehicle-road cooperation should be incorporated into the construction projects of smart expressways and smart cities in Yunnan Province. Through the pilot demonstration of vehicle-road cooperative automatic driving, it can enrich the application scenarios, form the industrial form of deep integration of automobile, electronics, information communication and road traffic transportation, establish and perfect the standard system, and explore a set of sustainable, propagable and replicable “Yunnan scheme”. By 2025, significant progress will be made in the construction of comprehensive information platform for vehicle-road cooperation and transportation in Yunnan, and a new economic form of transportation led by automatic driving demonstration will be preliminarily formed.
根据《指导意见》，云南将开展多场景、多领域的自动驾驶试点示范，包括无人物流、L4级自动驾驶车辆、无人驾驶特种作业车辆等多个场景。云南将开展车辆主动安全控制和道路协同管理，充分利用高速公路ETC门架资源融合5G微基站，推进车路协同设施建设，丰富车路协同应用场景，拓展自动驾驶商业化运营模式。
According to the “Guiding Opinions”, Yunnan will carry out multi-scenario, multi-field pilot demonstration of autonomous driving, including unmanned logistics, L4 autonomous vehicles, unmanned special processing vehicles and other scenarios. Yunnan will carry out active vehicle safety control and road collaborative management, make full use of highway ETC portal resources to integrate 5G micro base stations, promote the construction of vehicle-road collaborative facilities, enrich vehicle-road collaborative application scenarios, and expand the commercial operation mode of autonomous driving.
依据试点项目建设进度和建设条件，从今年起，云南将逐步推进前期准备、建设、前期测试、运行测试4个阶段，到2024年年底，完成园区内自动驾驶先导示范应用；到2025年年底，在试点高速公路示范路段实现车路协同自动驾驶。
According to the construction progress and construction conditions of the pilot project, Yunnan will gradually promote the four stages of preparation, construction, preliminary test and operation test from this year. By the end of 2024, the pilot demonstration application of autonomous driving in the park will be completed. By the end of 2025, vehicle-road cooperative autonomous driving will be realized in the pilot highway demonstration section.
