祁婺高速首推沥青试验数据实时采集

Qi-Wu High-speed Firstly Launched Real-time Data Acquisition of Asphalt Detection


日前,祁婺项目正式推出沥青试验数据智慧化采集平台。采取对沥青针入度、延度和软化点等检测仪器设备进行数字化升级,通过电脑APP自动生成检测数据并同步上传。同时,还将该平台纳入祁婺项目信息化管理系统,实现对沥青检测数据的实时监测和共享。只要具备权限的项目管理人员,便可以通过登录项目信息化管理系统,随时查看所需信息。

Recently, Qi-Wu project officially launched an intelligent data acquisition platform for asphalt detection. It is adopted to digitally upgrade the testing instruments and equipment such as asphalt penetration, ductility and softening point, and automatically generate detection data and upload simultaneously through computer application. At the same time, the platform is also incorporated into the information management system of the project to realize real-time monitoring and sharing of detection data. As long as the project management personnel have authority, they are able to view the required information at any time by logging into the project information management system.


“这个沥青三大指标试验数据自动采集平台,是江西省高速公路在建项目首推的一项新举措,不仅可以实时上传每一组试验检测数据,而且从源头上保证了数据的真实性、及时性和准确性。”路面监管处负责人邓晖继续说道:“我们还在沥青取样点、营院道路、试验室内安装了多个摄像头,对整个过程进行全过程监控。”

Deng Hui, head of pavement supervision said, “this automatic data collection platform for the three major indicators of asphalt detection data is a new initiative first introduced in Jiangxi Province highway projects under construction, not only uploading each set of detection data in real time, but also ensuring the authenticity, timeliness and accuracy of the data from the source. We also installed multiple cameras at the asphalt sampling points, camp road and laboratory, monitoring the whole process.”


据悉,祁婺高速公路项目智慧监管信息化管理系统,主要由BIM+GIS+IoT指挥中心系统、模型管理、OA、质量、安全、进度、计量、智慧监理、智慧工地等平台组成,各系统平台数据实时对接,实现可视化、集成化、协同化管理,较在地提升了管理效率。

It is reported that information-based management system of intelligent supervision for Qi-Wu expressway construction is mainly composited by the various platform such as BIM + GIS + IoT command center system, model management, OA, quality, safety, progress, measurement, intelligent supervision, smart construction site. The real-time data from each system platforms are docking, realizing the management featured by visualization, integration, collaboration, enhanced the efficiency significantly.
