提高交通运输国际合作水平。加强国际沟通协调，推进国际道路运输合作文件、海运协定等商签和实施，促进国际运输便利化，为全球产业链供应链稳定高效提供有力保障。通过南北合作、南南合作，支持发展中国家加快提升交通运输能力。完善交通国际合作机制，深度参与国际规则和标准制定。更好发挥中国国际可持续交通创新和知识中心平台作用，为推动全球交通可持续发展贡献智慧和力量。
Enhance international cooperation in transportation. Strengthen international communication and coordination, advance the signing and implementation of international road transport cooperation agreements, maritime accords, and other agreements, promoting the facilitation of international transportation. This will effectively safeguard the stable and efficient operation of global industrial and supply chains. Support the enhancement of transportation capabilities in developing countries through North-South and South-South cooperation. Refine international mechanisms for transportation cooperation and actively participate in formulating international rules and standards. Maximize the role of the Global Innovation and Knowledge Center for Sustainable Transport, contributing wisdom and strength to drive sustainable global transportation development.
