国内高速铁路隧道最大直径盾构机开始掘进

The largest diameter shield machine for domestic high-speed railway tunnels started drilling

记者从中国铁建股份有限公司了解到,5日,在位于南昌市高新区的昌九高铁天祥大道隧道始发井口,随着国内高速铁路隧道最大直径盾构机——“英雄号”盾构机刀盘缓缓转动, 由昌九城际铁路公司建设管理、中铁十四局集团承建的天祥大道隧道开始掘进。

The journalist learned from China Railway Construction Corporation Limited that on November 5th, at the starting shaft of the Tianxiang Avenue Tunnel on the Nanchang-Jiujiang high-speed railway in the Gaoxin District of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, the largest-diameter shield machine for high-speed railway tunnels in China, the "Hero" shield machine, saw its cutter slowly rotating. This indicates the commencement of excavation for the Tianxiang Avenue Tunnel, a project managed by the Nanchang-Jiujiang Intercity Railway Company and constructed by China Railway 14th Bureau Group.

昌九高铁连接江西省南昌市和九江市,线路从安九高铁庐山站引出,南至昌赣高铁南昌东站,正线全长137.7公里,设计时速350公里。

The Nanchang-Jiujiang high-speed railway connects Nanchang City and Jiujiang City in Jiangxi Province. The line branches off from the Lushan Railway Station of the Anqing-Jiujiang high-speed railway in the north and extends to the Nanchangdong Railway Station of the Nanchang-Ganzhou high-speed railway in the south. The entire route spans 137.7 kilometers and is designed for a speed of 350 kilometers per hour.

据昌九城际铁路公司昌九指挥部指挥长夏小任介绍,天祥大道隧道全长约6.4公里,是目前国内施工环境和穿越地质条件最为复杂的高铁盾构隧道之一,也是昌九高铁全线控制性工程。隧道为单洞双线隧道,其中盾构段长4.4公里,采用直径达14.8米的泥水平衡盾构机掘进。

According to Xia Xiaoren, the Commander of the Nanchang-Jiujiang Headquarters of the Nanchang-Jiujiang Intercity Railway Company, the Tianxiang Avenue Tunnel is approximately 6.4 kilometers long. It is currently one of the most complex high-speed railway shield tunnels in terms of construction environment and geological conditions in China. Moreover, it serves as the pivotal project for the entire Nanchang-Jiujiang high-speed railway. The tunnel, a single-bore double-track structure with a shielded section spanning 4.4 kilometers, is excavated using a slurry balance shield machine with a diameter of 14.8 meters.

中铁十四局项目盾构经理王兴表示,针对施工重难点,项目团队在刀盘结构、刀具类型、驱动密封、耐压耐腐蚀等方面进行了针对性研究与设计,量身打造了“英雄号”盾构机。盾构机总长134米,重约3700吨,采用刀盘液压磨损检测装置等多项创新技术。

Wang Xing, the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) Manager of China Railway 14th Bureau Group, stated that addressing the construction challenges, the project team conducted targeted research and design in areas such as cutterhead structure, cutter types, drive seal, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. They tailored the "Hero" TBM, which has a total length of 134 meters and weighs approximately 3,700 tons. The TBM incorporates several innovative technologies, including a cutterhead hydraulic wear detection device..

昌九高铁是我国“八纵八横”高铁主通道之一京港(台)通道的重要组成部分,也是打通江西省南北向时速350公里高铁通道的关键区段,对于加强区域经济联系、打造昌九一体化综合交通运输体系,促进江西高质量跨越式发展具有重要意义。

The Nanchang-Jiujiang high-speed railway is a vital component of China's "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed rail network, serving as a crucial segment of the Beijing-Hong Kong (Taiwan) Passage. It plays a pivotal role in establishing a high-speed railway corridor in Jiangxi Province with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour, connecting the north and south.
